These dolls are individually painted by craftsmen and no one doll is an exact copy of another.

We obtain these direct from Russia and we have come to learn from experience that when we order, even if we ask for an exact copy, the craftsmen will almost always send us dolls with some changes to the original sample. Some changes may be slight, some major, we never know until they arrive. They are always changing design and colours, partly due to experimentation, but also due to availability of paint.

Therefore, every doll we have is almost always a one off. This makes it difficult to put all our stock on our web site because it is constantly changing. What I would say is that the quality of all our stock is very high and each doll is a unique item.

When ordering we will advise you if we have that particular doll still in stock, and, we will advise you what colours and styles we have in that size as an alternative.

These dolls are not toys and care should be taken around children. The paint used and size of the smaller pieces could be hazardous if put in the mouth.
