While runes have the same look under most systems, the names vary greatly. The above names were taken from Lisa Peschel's book, "A Practical Guide to The Runes: Their Uses in Divination and Magick". Lisa Peschel claims to use the Nordic names. The meaning is the magical use of the rune. To use a rune magically, one would wear it or display it on an item. |
